Yes — appointments can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before your booking, and your deposit moves across to the new appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable — reschedule at least 6 hours before your appointment and your deposit carries over. Full details in our cancellation policy.
Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows with less than 6 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee — late changes leave appointment times we often can’t fill.
We understand genuine emergencies happen, and fees may be waived at our discretion. Please let us know as soon as you can. Full details in our cancellation policy.
We have six complimentary on-site spaces exclusively for our clients — a rare find in the heart of Newstead.
Parking does get busy, so please allow a little extra travel time. More in our parking policy.
