Our booking, payment and salon policies.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our team and other clients, we require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment changes.
All deposits are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 6 hours prior to your scheduled booking, with your deposit transferred to your new appointment. If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact our team at least 6 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows with less than 6 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations leave appointment times that are often unable to be filled and directly impact our team and business.
We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Where appropriate, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Brisbane Beauty Bar. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

We accept all major payment methods. Please note that an EFTPOS/credit card processing fee applies to all card transactions at checkout.
Complimentary on-site parking is available for our clients, with six exclusive parking spaces—a rare convenience in the heart of Newstead.
As parking can become busy throughout the day, we recommend allowing extra travel time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible, as we may need to reschedule your booking to avoid impacting other clients.
Brisbane Beauty Bar operates by appointment only. To ensure sufficient time is allocated for your treatment, we kindly ask that all services are booked accurately. If incorrect services have been selected, we may be unable to accommodate changes on the day unless appointment availability permits.
